craft update #2

YAY! Are you ready? it's the second craft update!

I have been working so hard on art lately (wait, am i?) because i went to to open studio events in 2 towns the past 2 weekends and saw about 100 different artists? very inspiring. I even learned about things like ecaustic... it's bees wax mixed with resin, i think i might try it. It really gives a vintage feel. 2 mixed media/ collage artists used it over old styled photos.

back to my crafts now

        1. plushies

i ended up using a more forest green to make this because i didn't have the right shade >^<

BUT, after i made it I went to micheals to get other things and saw THE PERFECT SHADE!

RAGE!!!

oh, also all these plushies are made of felt and are featured in the book Softies

ugh, I hate, as you all know, that it can't seam to import photos the right way!

4. cat ears

I made 3 pairs for the convention, one for me, my mom, and my aunt.

I FREAK'IN LOVE THIS FABRIC!

However I will not saw where i got it.

I was so honored.

At the con some guy asked my mom:

"Where did you buy your cat ears? I love them!"

them she said

"My daughter made them"

oh my god, *O*

I recently just learned to crochet so this was my first project
